Sell me this pen


1.He asked for client's pen and when he got it; said with vast confidence
"write something for me on that piece of paper".
Client took another pen from his pocket and wrote something that read
"DUFFER".

2.Then they sent Odd
"Sell me this pen".
"Ok, but first can i know what's the most important thing that you do every day, that made you this rich".
"I sell services"
"But how, can you please elaborate to some extent".
"It starts with the requirements gathering, then analysis then we decide deadlines regarding the completion and financial aspects, the quality of work to be delivered, resources involved and many more things but why are you asking this".
"Just curious.Ok so when you finalize all these things how you make sure that you have frozen all these cycles, i mean anyone can come to your office and ask for a project delivery".

"Noooo..how could they ask any such rubbish"
"So you certainly make some kind of pact with your customers".
"Everyone does that".
"Even on paper".
"The most trusthworthy and realiable thing in today's world of tech......yes we prefer pacts on paper".
"Can you tell me the brand of the pen from which you sign on those pacts".
"I don't know".
"Well i must say that the most important thing that you do in your daily life.....thing which give you what you wanted....signing papers and you don't even know what's the brand.Sir my name is Mr.Odd and i am here from penselling.com.Your competitor bought 5 cartons of them this morning, i only have this last one left.Take it...use it and if you find it's not your kind, i myself will come to your office to collect it.Have a nice day".
